Shipping Policy

For sequences, once we receive payment, our system will automatically send you the zip file containing your digital sequence purchase.

For our branded clothing and accessories, we use a print on demand (POD) service and shipping takes between 5 - 8 days.

Return & Exchange Policy

All sequences sold on this site are digital products and will be available immediately after purchase.

ALL SEQUENCE SALES ARE FINAL WITH NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES; NO EXCEPTIONS.

For our branded clothing and accessories, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing or change of mind. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 15 days and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
